"Eidesvik has entered into a contract to build the fourth PSV powered by natural gas, and by doing so has again proven a strong commitment to green solutions," said the company in a statement.

The newbuild is a VS 489 LNG design which is 89m long with a breadth of 21m.
The vessel is due to be delivered in the spring of 2012. Eidesvik has an option to build another VS 489 LNG vessel for delivery in the third quarter of 2012 at the same price.
