Derrick Offshore to manage marketing of TS Marine MT 6040s

Royal Bank of Scotland Plc (RBS), together with the single purpose companies SSDV1 and SSDV2 originally set up by TSMarine (Contracting) Ltd, have exclusively appointed brokers Derrick Offshore Ltd to co-ordinate all commercial discussion and marketing of two MT6040 design subsea/offshore construction vessels currently under construction (under a tax lease scheme) at Astilleros de Huelva SA, Spain (hulls 845 and 846) for sale, lease or long term charter.
Said Derrick Offshore: "It is the owners’ intention to complete the construction of the vessels at Huelva Shipyard and offer them to interested parties together with financing if necessary. Hull 845 is expected to be ready for delivery in early 2011. Interested parties should contact Derrick Offshore Ltd for further information."
