New CFO at Dockwise

Dockwise Ltd has announced that Stefan Malfliet has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), by mutual agreement with the company. 

Claudia Mennen, Vice-President Finance, will assume the duties of finance director for an interim period.  These changes are with immediate effect and the search for a new Chief Financial Officer is underway.
 
André Goedée, Chief Executive, said: "We thank Stefan for his dedicated service to Dockwise.  Stefan has made a significant contribution and in particular, I am grateful to him for his determined support during a critical period in the company's evolution. We wish him well for the future in his pursuit of new interests."
 
Stefan Malfliet said: "I have enjoyed working for Dockwise very much, but now it is time for me to move on. Dockwise is a company with many talented and passionate people; it is successfully exploiting its market leading position and I am confident that it has a very bright future."
