    VOS Satisfaction christened

    Vessel & ROV News // February 1, 2008

VOS Satisfaction is the subject of a three-year charter with DeepOcean.

Vroon Offshore has announced that the name-giving ceremony for its newbuild VOS Satisfaction took place on January 18th in Den Helder, The Netherlands.

VOS Satisfaction is a diving support vessel, built at ABG Shipyard in India. The multi-purpose, DP I vessel is also able to perform seabed mapping, pipeline inspection, ROV operations, geotechnical work and light construction support. The large deck area allows for easy configuration of systems to be mobilised.

The vessel will be operated by Vroon Offshore Services and will enter a three year charter for DeepOcean. The ship will perform ROV and survey services for clients in the southern parts of the North Sea, the Baltic Sea and the Mediterranean.
