    John Rose leaves Sealion Shipping

    Sealion Shipping has announced that John Rose, who joined the company as Managing Director earlier this summer, has left the company.

    “Sealion regretfully announces they have released John Rose as Managing Director. Each party wishes the other party on-going success in their respective endeavours," said the company in a statement.

    Sealion announced that Rose would be joining the company as recently as June. He joined from Shell Trading and Shipping Company (STASCO) where he recently held the position Global Marine Manager and had extensive experience in the management of shipping operations.

    Sealion also announced the promotion of Ian Perrott and Steve Marshall to the company’s Board, with Ian Perrott in charge of commercial matters and Steve Marshall in charge of technical, operations and crewing matters.
