    Standby vessels sold

    The standby vessels Viking Vixen (built 1975 - 1,650bhp) and Viking Seeker (built 1968 - 1,850bhp), which had been laid up in Leith for some time, have been sold to Danish breakers on private terms, reports broker Offshore Shipbrokers Ltd.

    OSL said another standby vessel Cam Viscount, ex-Viking Viscount (built 1971) has been sold to Ocean Mainport Offshore, and is to be upgraded for use in the Irish sector of the North Sea.
