Botnica goes to work in the Gulf of Mexico

    Projects and Operations // December 8, 2005

Oceaneering reports that the MSV Botnica arrived in the Gulf of Mexico at the end of November and began operations a few days later on an initial contract term of 60 days.

The company said that, while the 96m DP-3 vessel's schedule is booked during the charter, limited availability to perform short duration projects may occur.

Botnica has a 160 tonne heave-compensated crane and two Oceaneering Hydra Magnum ROVs.
