    Trawler sinks after collision with PSV Strilmoy

    A Scottish trawler - Harvest - is reported to have sunk following a collision with the PSV Strilmoy in the North Sea on Friday morning. The incident happened east of the Shetland Islands at about 07.00 on Friday.

    According to the Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten, the crew of the trawler was rescued aboard another ship before sinking. Harvest was carrying six crew from the British and was en route to Peterhead. No injuries were sustained on either vessel, and Strilmoy incurred only mionor damage.

    Strilmoy is owned by Simon Mokster Rederi and operated by Simon Mokster Shipping.
