Farstad company sells AHTS Lady Elaine

P/R International Offshore Services ANS, a wholly owned company of Farstad Shipping ASA, has reached an agreement to sell Lady Elaine to Intra Oil Services Berhad, Malaysia.Lady Elaine is an anchor handling vessel of 10,560bhp, built at Amels in The Netherlands in 1983.
The vessel has operated in The Far East/Australia in recent years and is expected to stay in this region after the sale.
The price was US$6.25 million, which is in line with the ship's value at 30.06.2004.
Delivery to the ship's new owner is expected to take place at the end of November.
