Tritech carries off a prize

ROV manufacturer Tritech International has been awarded the MacRobert Trust/Royal Society of Edinburgh Millennium Prize.The company won the award, plus prize money amounting to more than £300,000, for its technical innovation and commercial success.
Formed 10 years ago, the company develops subsea equipment for the offshore oil and gas industry.
Tritech International has also won the Queen's Award for Industry and a number of other awards for achievements in the offshore sector.
