    Appledore wins another OSV

    Toisa Shipping has awarded Appledore shipyard in the UK a contract to build another offshore support vessel for the company.

    Sealion Shipping, which manages the Toisa fleet of offshore vessels, confirms that the newbuilding will based on a design which is capable of being utilised as a Platform Support Vessel (PSV) or a deep water ROV support ship.

    The 3,150dwt newbuild vessel will be a sistership to Toisa Crest and Toisa Coral, which Appledore also built. She is due to be delivered in June 2001.
