Pan-United to build new dive vessel

Pan-United Shipyard in Singapore has won an order for an offshore diving support vessel for an as yet unspecified owner.

The newbuild is due to be delivered in the second quarter of 2002, and will be 130m overall with a beam of 22m.

Pan-United says the new vessel will be fitted with a total of six thrusters, giving it a cruising speed of 14kt.
