    Normand Cutter delivered

    Vessel & ROV News // June 15, 2001
Ulstein Verft in Norway says it has delivered the Normand Cutter, a sophisticated new cable ship, which has been taken on a three-year charter by TyCom.

The Ulsteinvik shipyard built the new cable ship and is the first of two similar vessels built for Solstad Rederei in Norway.

The VS4125 design on which she is based is from the well-known Vik-Sandvik consultants and naval architects.
