    Keppel yard wins trio of floaters

    Keppel Shipyard in Singapore has announced details of three new Floating ProductionStorage and Offloading (FPSO) contracts worth S$160M ($91M).

    The conversion contracts have been secured from regular customers Single Buoy Moorings(SBM), Prosafe Production and newcomer Four Vanguard-Servicos e Navegacao.

    The conversions involve the tankers Amazon Eagle (307,431 DWT, due for completion 2003) for SBM, Four Lakes (94,225 DWT, 2002) and Grey Warrior (132,500 DWT, 2002). Upon conversion, Amazon Eagle will be deployed at the Zafiro field off Equatorial Guineaand Four Lakes at Woollybutt field in Western Australia for Italian oil company Agip Australia.
