    Navion Munin process plant sold

    The owners of the Navion Munin production ship have entered into a provisional agreement to sell the ship and process plant to Bluewater, which operates several such ships. The process plant on the ship is currently owned by Advanced Production Systems,of which Aker Maritime and Statoil each own 50 per cent. Aker Maritime's share of the sale proceeds is NOK 59 million. With this transaction the group has wound up its ownership of such facilities, as this was the last one owned by Advanced Production Systems. Similar plant on the Berge Hugin was also sold to Bluewater.
