Havila provides update on its fleet News

Havila Supply in Norway says it currently has at its disposal a fleet of 23 vessels, including eight anchor-handling tug supply vessels, six PSVs, seven standby/rescue vessels and two cable laying vessels. In addition, it also has a newbuilding contractfor UT 745E PSV with delivery in July.
The company recently exercised its option to repurchase the PSV Havila Hidra at a price of NOK 160 million.
One of the company's anchor-handling vessels, Havila Chieftain has been chartered in on an eight year bare-boat contract, with purchase options after three, five or eight years.
Havila Supply ASA also owns 37.5 per cent of Island Offshore II KS, which owns the Havila Crown, an UT 722 L AHTS.
The company's newbuilding will go straight from delivery into a contract with Norsk Hydro until December 2006. Thereafter, the charterer has an option to extend the contract by a further three two-year periods.
