    North Sea spot market quiet

    Offshore Shipbrokers Ltd reports that the North Sea spot market picked up a little towards the end of Week 17, with Talisman fixing three for the Ocean Princess rig move, Balder Viking, Vidar Viking and Havila Crown on private terms.

    The Olympic Hercules was fixed to AGIP for a cargo run at £7,250, and was then fixed onwards to Team for a tanker assist commencing over the weekend at £14,500.

    Other recent fixtures include Maersk Assister to Seaforth for a cargo run on private terms and Pacific Banner to Team also for a cargo run on private terms. Guardsman was fixed to OBC/CSOL for cargo standby duties, seven days firm plus options, day rateP&C.
