    North Sea standby vessel market remains soft

    Offshore Shipbrokers Ltd (OSL) reports that the market for standby vessels in the North Sea is currently soft with spot rates of around 3,500.

    Stirling Capella and Stirling Vega transferred to Boston Putford Seacor upon completion of their current charters at the end of January and will be converted to incorporate standby before commencing long term charter with BP.
