    CGG Mistral severely damaged by fire

    Seismic survey firm CGG and co-owners Louis Dreyfus Armateurs have announced that on December 20th at 1.00 pm, Paris time, a fire broke out on the seismic vessel CGG Mistral, offshore Trinidad.

    As a result of the intensity of the fire, all onboard personnel were evacuated. No physical injuries were reported.

    Based on information available, CGG says it believes CGG Mistral is "very severely damaged."
