    Seacor subject of antitrust probe

    Seacor Holdings says one of its subsidiaries is being investigated by the Justice Department for potential antitrust violations.

    The company said it received a subpoena for documents related to a grand jury investigation of possible antitrust violations among providers of helicopter transportation services in the Gulf of Mexico.

    Seacor said it would cooperate with the investigation, and provide all information called for in the subpoena.Shares of Seacor fell sharply on the news.
