    Keppel Singmarine pulls in more orders

    As Seabrokers reports, Keppel Singmarine Ltd had an excellent month in May with five vessel orders being placed, worth in total about US$80 million.

    Russian oil company Lukoil contracted Keppel to build an ice class offshore support vessels which will deliver at the end of 2006 and will be used in the Caspian Sea region.

    Bourbon ordered two 100 tonne anchor handling tugs and finally Keppel Smit Towage (a joint venture between Keppel and Smit International Singapore) placed an order for two tugboats.
