    Pacific Radiance official arrested

    The Board of Directors of Pacific Radiance Ltd has confirmed that on 2 December 2016, Mok Weng Vai, an executive director of the company, was arrested by the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB), on suspicion of an offence under Section 6(c) of the Prevention of Corruption Act (Cap. 241) of Singapore.

    He has not been charged in court, and was released on police bail on the same day.

    The company said it is unable to provide further details as the CPIB’s investigation is ongoing.
