    New supply vessel contracts for the Aker Brattvaag Group

    Brattvaag Skipsverft AS in Norway has confirmed that it has signed two contracts with SURF SAS, Marseille, France, a subsidiary of Group Bourbon with respect to the building of two PSVs.

    Rolls-Royce Marine will supply designs and equipment for the vessels.

    The hulls will be built at Aker Tulcea in Romania, and the delivery of the first completed vessel will be in January 2004 and the second vessel in March 2004. The vessels are planned for operation off the West coast of Africa.

    The contract is for two UT 755 L PSVs.
