    Boa in the land of the Pharaohs

    Italian subsea outfit Saipem recently chartered the AHTS VS480 ex-Boa Hercules (renamed Skandi PMS II) and the AHTS VS468 MkII Boa King to tow the semi Scarabeo VI from Brest to Egypt, reports Seabrokers.

    Subsequently, both the ex-Boa Hercules and the AHTS VS480 ex-Boa Giant (Skandi PMS 1) have been chartered by PMS Burullus to support the Scarabeo VI for a period of 18 months firm plus options offshore Egypt.

    PMS/Burullus have also fixed the Boa King as a frontrunner for the Skandi Møgster for four months, which is currently on time charter elsewhere in theMediterranean.
