    Sinopacific delivers first SPA150

    On 28 Aprril Sinopacific Shipbuilding Group held a naming and delivery ceremony for a SPA150 AHTS for shipowner, FEMCO Group.

    The vessel, Ossoy, is the first SPA150 to be completed and the first in a series of four vessels contructed by FEMCO.

    The SPA150 has 12,000hp propulsion and a bollard pull of 150 tonnes and was designed by Shanghai Design Associates, working closely with Sinopacific.

    The vessel has a length overall of of 72m, a moulded breadth of 17.2m and a 515m2 cargo deck with 10t/m2 uniform load. The DP2 vessel is suitable for a range of offshore support work, including anchoring, towing, firefighting (Fi-Fi 2) and oil recovery, as well as loading liquid and dry cargo.
