    CT Offshore relocates to Fredericia

    Company News // April 22, 2015

As of 1 June 2015, CT Offshore is to  move its headquarters to Fredericia and share a building with A2SEA at Kongens Kvarter.

A2SEA owns 67 per cent of the shares in the Danish cable installation company which was founded in 2002 by Paw Cortes, who continues as shareholder with 33 per cent of the shares.

“This is solely a relocation and CT Offshore continues as an independent and highly competitive brand. However, the relocation means that the two companies can, to a greater extent, utilise the resources and specialised knowledge across the companies to be able to continuously offer the best solutions to our customers in a highly competitive market,” said Jens Frederik Hansen, CEO at A2SEA and chairman of the Board of CT Offshore.
