    Breaux's Bay Craft completes new crewboats

    Breaux's Bay Craft in the US has completed delivery of the first of three 162ft x 30ft x 12ft aluminum crew/supply boats for Crewboats of Chalmette, Louisiana.

    Miss Callie P joins a long list of crew boats built by Breaux for Crewboats. She is all CAT powered with the main propulsion for the vessel coming from four Cat 3512B diesels, producing 1,575bhp at 1,800rpm.

    Maneuverability is enhanced by Thrustmaster thrusters driven by a CAT 3306B 175hp diesel. Ships power is supplied by two 75kW Caterpillar gensets. The craft comfortably carries 72 passengers with accommodations for her eight crew.

    Carrying capacities include 16,500g of fuel, 40,160 gallons rig water, 821 gallons potable water, 250 gallons of lube oil and 300 gallons of waste oil.
