Century Marine Services Ltd is enhancing its offering to clients in the Middle East by opening Century Marine Services LLC in Dubai, which will specialise in tug, barge and offshore chartering in the Arabian Gulf, Red Sea and East Africa regions.
The company has appointed Miranda Strawbridge Dockerty on board as General Manager of Century Marine Services LLC. She has 13 years’ experience in the maritime industry and holds a degree in Maritime Administration from Texas A&M University Galveston. She spent eight years as a marine broker in Houston, and since 2006 has been based in Dubai where she has developed an extensive knowledge of the Middle East and Red Sea vessel market.
Her experience includes Business Development Manager for a leading marine accessories and STS operations support company, Commercial Manager for a major tug company in Dubai and, most recently, General Manager for an HR consultancy firm.
She has extensive experience in regional and international towage, rig moves, STS ops, EPC support works and many other chartering operations.
