Malaysia-based international offshore oilfield services provider Bumi Armada Berhad has announced changes in its key management positions.
Kenneth Murdoch has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Bumi Armada Berhad to succeed Mr Shaharul Rezza Hassan who moves to lead the Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) business, with effect from 18 November 2013.
Prior to joining Bumi Armada, Mr Mudroch was the chief financial officer of Maersk Oil based in Denmark. Before that, he worked for Schlumberger Ltd during which he took on several regional and global roles with increased responsibility in finance and tax related functions, in various locations around the world including Dubai, Moscow, Stavanger, Aberdeen, Houston, Paris and London. He brings with him more than 23 years of collective international exposure andexperience as a chief financial officer, accountant, tax manager and controller in the oil and gas industry.
Rezza, aged 42, Bumi Armadaís CFO since 2005, will assume the position of Head of OSV business commencing immediately. The OSV segment contributes 33 per cent of the groupís total business revenue.
