CEONA has announced the appointment of a new chief financial officer as part of a planned succession.
Michael DeRhune, previously VP of finance, has taken on the role. He has substantial experience within the offshore arena, having previously worked at Acergy SA and Subsea 7 SA, and has been working with current CFO Stuart Jackson on his succession since joining the company in early 2012.
Stuart Jackson, who joined CEONA immediately after the Goldman Sachs Capital Partners investment, has stepped down from his role as chief financial officer and executive director. He joined the company when it was in its infancy and was tasked with building the organisation to establish itself as a solid and competitive player in the subsea market.
