Ezra Holding confirms disposal of 50 per cent of shares in AMC Connector

Further to the SGXNET announcement by Ezra Holdings Limited on 11 October 2012, the Board of Directors of the company has confirmed that Ezra, through EMAS Offshore Limited, has transferred 50 per cent of the share capital in AMC Connector AS to Aker Oilfield Services AS, pursuant to which AMC Connector AS ceases to be an associated company of EMAS Offshore Limited with immediate effect.More articles from this category
