DOF Subsea awarded Statoil jumper replacement contract

DOF Subsea Norway has secured a contract with Statoil Petroleum AS for the Tordis Flex Jumper Replacement – Marine Operations part of the Tordis Flex Jumper Replacement Project.

The contract is for removal of flexible flowline ends, installation of seven new flexible flowlines, installation of two new umbilicals, tie-in, testing, RFO and survey.

The work will be carried out at the Tordis Field in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea.

The offshore operations part of the project will commence late summer 2013 and will last for approximately two months utilizing two vessels from DOF Subsea’s fleet of construction vessels.

The engineering will commence imminently in DOF Subsea’s office in Bergen.
