Rigid pipelay installation contract for Cecon

Cecon says its subsidiary Cecon NL has been awarded a Letter of Intent for a contract by GDF SUEZ E&P Nederland.
The Letter of Intent covers the installation of rigid pipelines on three projects totalling 57km, all in the Dutch Sector of the North Sea, in the first half of 2013.
Cecon will execute pipeline installation with the DP pipelay and heavy lift vessel Sampson, which was due to be delivered to the company after upgrading in August.
Cecon will undertake project management, including subcontractors and engineering, from its Dutch office in Leiden.
