    Seaworx sold

    Seabrokers reports that Vroon has acquired 100 per cent of the shares ofOceanmotive BV, commercially known as Seaworx, from SvitzerWijsmuller.

    Seaworx operates survey, chase and guard vessels mainly in the North Seaoffshore sector as well as workships in the Atlantic basin.

    Vroon will merge the Seaworx activities with those of Telco Marine BV, a Vroon subsidiary based in Den Helder, active in the same market segments asSeaworx.

    All shore and sea staff will transfer to Vroon, together with the Seaworx fleet consisting of 11 vessels.

    Vroon intends to rename the merged activities at the start of the 4th quarter 2004 to Vroon Offshore Services BV.

    The combined fleet will consist of 23 units. Another three 3,500dwt PSVs are on order for delivery in 2005 from Jiangsu Zhenjiang shipyard in China, Seabrokers noted.
