Viking Supply Ships awarded term contract by Chevron Canada Ltd

Viking Supply Ships, part of TransAtlantic, has been awarded a one-well contract for the AHTS Magne Viking by Chevron Canada Ltd.
Well support operations are estimated to last between 150 and 180 days. The charter will commence during the third quarter of 2012.
The vessel will support the drillship Stena Carron with supply duties, anchor handling, towing, standby and rescue services, and ice management.
