Kreuz Subsea Marine to acquire DSV

The Board of Directors of Kreuz Holdings Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Kreuz Subsea Marine Pte Ltd has entered into a sale agreement with an unrelated third party to purchase a dive support vessel (DSV).
The vessel is a dynamically positioned, construction class DSV designed for flexible installation and subsea construction and installation activities.
The company expects to take delivery of the vessel between 14 April and 18 April 2012.
