Fugro Norway extends charter on Hugin Explorer
Contracts, Tenders and Rates - April 3, 2012
Siem Offshore and Fugro Geo Vessels AS, a subsidiary of Fugro Norway AS, have agreed to extend the bareboat charter of the vessel Hugin Explorer for a period of six years.
The new period commenced on 1 April 2012, and the charterer has options to extend the bareboat charter by two one-year periods.
The contract value for the new firm period is approximately US$45 million.
Hugin Explorer is a MT 6000 Mk2 design built in 2006.
