Farstad sells Audrey and Valisia

Farstad Shipping has, through its wholly owned subsidiary P/R International Offshore Services, reached an agreement to sell the two oldest AHTS in its fleet, Lady Audrey (1983, ME 303, 12,240 bhp) and Lady Valisia (1983, ME 303, 12,240 bhp).
Delivery of the vessels to the new owner is expected to take place by the end of March 2012.
Sale of the vessels will give a booked loss of approximately NKr 11.5 million in the first quarter 2012.
