SeaBird wins new contracts
Contracts, Tenders and Rates - February 15, 2012
SeaBird Exploration PLC has announced that it has entered into a number of new contracts.
Firstly, SBX has entered into contracts for multiclient data sales relating to the Perdido survey in the US Gulf and for the late sales of a survey in the Barents Sea. These two contracts represent values of approximately US$2.5 million and US$3.8 million, respectively.
Secondly, a contract concerning the Spectrum survey offshore Namibia has been extended. The contract comprises approximately 7,000km and is expected to have a value of approximately US$3.5 million.
