Neptune Larissa is 50th vessel designed by Ulstein DesignVessel & ROV News // November 21, 2011
The IMR/subsea construction vessel Neptune Larissa, a SX130 design developed by Ulstein Design in Norway, which was delivered by Zhejiang Shipbuilding Ltd to shipowner Neptune Offshore on 15 November, in the 50th ship designed by Ulstein Group.
As highlighted previously, Reef Subsea has signed five-year charter agreements for Neptune Larissa and her sister vessel Neptune Despina. They will be renamed Reef Despina and Reef Larissa.
Ulstein introduced its new generation of ship designs in 2000, designs that include the now well-known Ulstein X-BOW used on the new Neptune newbuilds.
