SeaBird Exploration PLC has announced that Kai Solberg-Hansen has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the company.
Erik Hansen has been appointed as the new CFO and will replace Mr Solberg-Hansen with immediate effect.
He has extensive professional and leadership expertise from over 25 years in strategy, corporate finance and financial initiatives across a variety of industries.
His most recent position was as CFO of Nera Industries AS. Previously he held senior executive positions with Den norske Bank, Bergen Bank and Sparebank1 SR Bank, as well as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Consulting.
Mr Solberg-Hansen will continue to assist SeaBird for a period of time to ensure a smooth transition.
