ASL Shipyard secures new shipbuilding contractsYard News // July 8, 2011
The Board of Directors of ASL Marine Holdings Ltd has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary ASL Shipyard Pte Ltd has secured new shipbuilding contracts worth a total of approximately S$131 million for the construction of eleven vessels, including two emergency response/rescue vessels and nine anchor handlers.
The vessels are expected to be progressively completed between the fourth quarter 2012 to the third quarter 2013.
The two ERRVs are repeat orders and will be built at the groupís Singapore shipyard. The nine AHTS will be built at the groupís shipyard in Guangdong province, China.
