DOF Subsea contemplating unsecured bond issue

DOF Subsea AS is contemplating issuing new unsecured bonds in the Norwegian bond market with maturity in April 2016. The bond issue would have a minimum issue amount of NKr 500 million.
Net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance existing bonds and for general corporate purposes.
DnB NOR Markets, First Securities and Pareto Securities have been retained as arrangers of the contemplated bond issue.
