    Company News // March 23, 2011

Seabrokers report that two owners have recently restricted their exposure to the renewables market.

Seajacks and Fred Olsen Energy have decided not to exercise newbuild options held at Middle East shipyard Lamprell.

Fred Olsen has two wind turbine installation vessels under construction in Jebel Ali but will not exercise the first of two options.

Seajacks has one firm order at Lamprell scheduled for delivery next year but will not exercise an option for a second vessel costing US$129 million.
